521 St. Paul, Baltimore, MD

Originally constructed in 1890 and one of the first modern buildings in Baltimore, 521 St. Paul was recently converted into 69 apartments with a state-of-the-art fitness center and a community deck overlooking Mt. Vernon. Dougherty Electric’s contributions to the project include temporary and permanent power distribution, emergency systems, lighting and power systems, the fire alarm system, and the security, voice and data system.
