Franklin Tower is a twenty-four story, 607,474 square foot building that was completed in 1980. The building will be fully redesigned and renovated with a conversion to a premier mixed-use property. Dougherty Electric will provide permanent power distribution, electrical metering, emergency power generation, interior and exterior lighting, security systems, and fire alarm systems.
