Standing at a height of 1,121 feet, the Comcast Technology Center is the tallest building in Philadelphia and the 9th tallest building in the United States. It is an urban high-rise, mixed-use commercial property containing TV studios, retail stores, offices for software developers and engineers, and the Four Seasons Hotel on the top floors. Dougherty Electric provided power distribution, lighting, telecommunication, and fire alarm services throughout the building.
