Olympia-Granby Mills, SC
Originally built in the 1890s, the Olympia and Granby Mills properties served for nearly a century as vital working cotton mills in the state capital of Columbia, SC. After closing in 1996, the two buildings sat vacant for a decade before being acquired and renovated by PMC in 2007.
